Tasty Indian food at a great price!

My husband and I had the pleasure of eating dinner tonight at the Tandoori House. The waitress and service staff were gracious answering several questions we had about drinks and the menu. Our good came our quickly and was delicious. there was a nice depth of flavor and the spice level was just what we wanted. At the end of our meal, the owner came to check on our experience, which was awesome. We highly recommend this place!

Living in the SF Bay Area, we are spoiled with great foods of the world. Tandoori House in Visalia is pretty good...

Been here one time, approximately 8 months ago, and really nice staff with some pretty good food. Very different, but good. My wife and I had the buffet which had a great selection/variety of food. I would definitely try it out again.

Best Mali Kofta... they used a family recipe. Their new cook, Prince is a master at Indian cuisine. He made it to my exact specifications.

We straggled in last Monday toward the end of lunch time, having left LA around 10 AM on the way to the bay area. The waitress, whose name I'm afraid I've forgotten, was very friendly, and when Barbara, my wife, shared her need to know what food had pepper in it, she consulted the chef immediately and got the information. Unfortunately, Barbara couldn't eat much except for the delicious garlic naan and some fruit :-( However, that was not the fault of Tandoori House, and next time the chef said to call ahead and he'll make sure to have something for her. My stepson and I each had and enjoyed a full Indian buffet lunch. Butter chicken, palak paneer, mushrooms and peas, tandoori chicken, and a few other dishes were there to choose from, and we chose most of them. All of them passed the "yummy test" except for the okra, which I don't care for anyway but decided to try.

If we're ever near Visalia again at lunch time, there's a good chance we'll go back, assuming we actually ARE able to phone ahead so that Barbara can be included.

Started coming here when it first opened and I'm never disappointed. The is my boyfriend and my favorite place to get Indian food. We always get the tikka masala. Chicken is very tender! Garlic naan is wonderful as well. We have not ordered anything that we did not enjoy. The owner is a very nice man who always greets us when ever we are in for dinner.

The food quality is excellent, easily the best Indian food in Visalia, and the downtown location is convenient. We have been there twice and were impressed on both occasions. It's a welcome addition to Visalia.

Be sure and go for the buffet at lunch. That way you can taste all of the dishes and be sure to get some of the mint chutney to dip bread or veggies in. DELICIOUS!!!!! Wonderful atmosphere and hostess Sharon makes you feel like an honored guest in her home.

We tried this restaurant for the first time on Aug 26th and we are so glad we did! Excellent food and great service. If you love Indian and Middle Eastern food, you absolutely need to go to Tandoori. If you've never tried this type of cuisine, you need to go to Tandoori. The Naan is perfect and the rice is just right. Entrees are to die for!

Best Indian flavors ever had in the US of A. The chef came out himself for clarifications and made the most awesome dishes. A little in the spicy side but worth the afterburner. Must visit Indian restaurant in Visalia.

  • *****

Very friendly staff, EXCELLENT service. The dishes were all very tasty, not overly spicy hot, but just enough so that my lips were starting to feel the sting. The Bahari Kabab was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The chicken curry was just add you would expect it to be. Lamb kharahi was the spiciest of the dishes we had. I would recommend this location.

Fresh vibrant food, clean restaurant, hot delicious naan. Very content with the $9 lunch buffet, we will be back.

Excellent Food... Great atmosphere. Lunch Special ALL YOU CAN EAT.

Location- convenient in downtown Visalia. Parking is only a mild challenge for such a busy area.

The restaurant- clean, open, well decorated, but basically empty for early dinner on a wednesday. There is a lovely bar with gentlemen talking and it looks like an additional station in the back. The balcony looks nice inside, maybe someday additional seating? The layout is a little interesting, it seems like it was built to be something else...I could see it turning into a club by night easily enough. Indian music sets a relaxing background.

The service- I arrived for dinner, so no buffet for me. Being the only person in the restaurant, I expected awesome service, and wasnt disappointed. My tea was never empty, the waitress answered my questions. I don't really demand much for service so I was pretty happy.

The food - I ordered the chicken Tikka masala at a 5 on the 1-10 spicy scale. It was perfect. Just enough to get my sinuses warmed up. I got a side of yogurt so I could cool the heat if it got too much, a wise choice. The Naan is divine, crispy and buttery. The sauce was flavorful, but doesn't particularly stand out from other Tikka masala. Perfectly delicious though.

All in all a good place, though I would welcome the addition of a single diners plate witha small portion of several items. It was a little silly to have so many dishes for just me.

  • *****

Great location downtown, it's a perfect spot to stop in for a nice Indian lunch or dinner. I really enjoy the Tikka Masala and the curry chicken. The chicken korma is fantastic as well. I always leave this place feeling perfectly satisfied.

  • *****

Best Indian food in town that is fairly priced. Extremely flavorful - Chicken Tikka Masala is my wife and I's favorite dish (cliche I know).

I appreciate local spots like this that offer amazing quality but don't overcharge like others do.

    Great food!

  • *****

This place has really good food and prices to match as well. I will be coming back again.

  • *****

Wow, this is some of the best middle eastern food I've ever had. The Chicken Tikka was flawless, the Butter Chicken & Tikka Masala were flavorful, the rice was well-cooked, the garlic naan was delicious, and the Indian rice pudding was the perfect dessert.
Our waitress/hostess Kayla, was sweet & polite - great customer service.
I'll definitely come back here the next time I'm in town.

Yum, the food was great and the service was very friendly. I travel a lot for work and never know what to expect. Go to this restaurant! You will be happy!

Delicious food. I had the Chicken Tika with rice. It was very tasty and a it was a good amount of chicken. The naan was warm straight out of the oven. The shrimp curry was very good as well.

The food is amazing! We were visiting Sequoia and it was suggested to eat in Visalia. Very happy we did! Not only was the food AMAZING, the owner was very friendly and hospitable! The ladies that waited on us were wonderful! Must visit in Visalia!!

  • *****

Finally an Indian restaurant in Visalia with good food and atmosphere!! We had a great experience - The owner checked on our table and even offered free veggie samosa's while we wait for our food. The restaurant is new so the service needs some tweaking. But all in all it's a great place for Indian cuisine and drinks! Will definitely visit again!

  • *****

Good indian food really tasty, sadly we were There sunday night so they had some products out but the taste of the food was worth the deception. The owner was really friendly.

We showed up around 9:20 pm because Yelp said they close at 1:30 am. However, they stop serving dinner around 9 pm. We did not know this, yet they still served us graciously and the chef socialized with us, after as it was pretty dead except the bar area. Great people and amazing food, I would have been screwed of they didn't serve me. I drove this way off the 99 HWY to eat specifically here as it was the closest Indian restaurant. If you love Indian food don't hesitate to stop by!

  • *****

Highly recommend this place. Quality of food was great! Owner and staff were very hospitable. Will definetly return!

105 degrees today, so it was too hot to cook at home. The wife and I played parking-spot roulette (we eat where ever we can find a parking space) and ended up in front of Tandoori House. We eat out a lot, but have never been to Tandoori House.

We ordered 3 dishes family style. I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy food, so I only went to level 1 on the heat scale.

We ordered the beef Samosa, which was my favorite of the 3 dishes, the butter chicken and lamp vindaloo patatoe. Garlic naan, plain naan, and rice accompanied these entrees.

Everything was delicious and made to order; fresh, hot and not too spicy.

The owner, Nash, was thoughtful enough to introduce himself and to see how our dinner was going. The waitress, whose name I didn't catch, was very attentive and helpful in deciding which dishes we should try.

Based on our first experience at Tandoori House we'll most certainly return.

  • *****

First time here. The food was amazing!!!!! The tandoori chicken was absolutely incredible. It was a little spicy for my wife. I spoke with the owner (extremely friendly and personable), he let us know to ask to have some of the marinade wiped off when we order. We also ordered the tikki masala chicken - it was great as well.

This will be a must when I'm in Visalia!!!

Naan was outstanding, and that was just the beginning! We went during their Buffet hours and, to our suprise, it was sparkling clean. Food was fresh and very tasty. Our waitress was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back!!

We came here on a Friday night for our anniversary and let our 13 yr old tag along. What can I say?? She's awesome. There were only a few tables left and upcoming reservations, but they found us a table with very little wait. It's not the fanciest looking restaurant, but it's nice and it's clean. Good start.

We were promptly asked for our drinks and served them. They have a full bar, but no Indian beer yet. I do however believe they will have it soon. Outside of that they have most beers you could possibly want and mixed drinks. There is a bar area you can sit in as well as the restaurant area.

We ordered several dishes. It's best to do it family style as there are several meat dishes and vegetable dishes. If you're a vegetarian you would have not have any problem finding several delicious choices on this menu. We ordered the samosas, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, forgive me I can't remember what it was called and I described a vegetable dish I love, (didn't know what it was called), they made it for me even though it wasn't on the menu. The entrees all came with naan bread. I couldn't tell you which dish was my favorite as they were all simply exquisite. Maybe the vegetable dish. Really though I can't decide. Also just for a good FYI they let you choose the level of spicy for your dish from 1-10. If you have been afraid to try Indian food because it's too spicy, don't be here, they will cook it to order.

Simply put this place is amazing. We all agreed it was the best Indian food we have ever had. The service is just outstanding. They really care about your enjoyment of the food and all around visit. It was our first time there, but we felt so welcome. There is another place in town we wanted to try, but it would be hard for me to go anywhere else for Indian food after I already feel like I've found the best.

The food is awesome! The servers are great. I would continue to go there!

  • *****

BEST INDIAN FOOD EVER! I've dined in dozens of Indian restaurants all over the country, mainly in LA and Tandoori House in Visalia is the most delicious I've ever had. The samosas are unlike any I've had anywhere else, full of spices and flavors that make them amazing! Best Chicken Tikka Massala I've had in my life. The restaurant staff we're quite welcoming. Our server Cayla was sweet, exceptionally hospitable and one of the friendliest servers I've encountered!

  • *****

I can't say enough about this place. My wife and I just visited for the first time and you would have thought we were their most loyal customers. The service was second to none and every dish we ordered was amazing. Whether you're interested in a nice meal or appetizers and drinks, you must try this jewel of downtown!

  • *****

Chicken pakora appetizer, chicken masala, chicken curry, onion koocha, garlic naan, and the bar are AWESOME! My 3 year old loves the chicken pakora and garlic naan. Owner is very attentive and remembered us (right down to our drink order) on our second visit. Would HIGHLY recommend for great Indian food! We will be regulars!

Very good food .. We had bhibdi and aaloo sag.. Both were fresh and testy. If you want spicy do mention and you will get it.. Owner is quite honest and friendly .. Would recommend this ..

Service was fantastic! Food was delicious! We had Chicken Tikka Masala, rice, naan, Bhindi Masala, and Lamb Chops! I highly recommend this place for a great meal out and prices are so reasonable! Mango Lassi drink if quite refreshing too! This is def gonna be my go too place often! Enjoy!

  • *****

This was the best Indian food we've had in a long while. DELICIOUS. I shared the mixed grill with my son and there were still leftovers. The sausage was phenomenal. My husband had the lamb curry (he asked for spice at an "8") and was sweating. Love that you can customize the spice level. Daughter had chicken strips and fries and was happy for a kids meal. Reasonably priced for a sit down meal for a family of 4. Also right by the movie theatre and parking garage downtown for an easy date night. Service was good. It was not very crowded for a Friday night so y'all need to go check it out and make sure it stays open!

  • *****

I knew this place was good till I ordered the Lamb Chops! Probably the best I've had in forever, highly recommend ordering them with a cold beer. From the samosas to the masala, all around delicioso!

Delicious food, great selection, and and nice service.

Tonight I had the best meal at Tandoori House. Please, you must try the Lamb Karahi. Perfect, tender, flavorful Lamb and, as we asked for no heat (spiciness), was perfectly seasoned (just the slightest heat). We also had the Paneer Korma (we order the cheese unmelted) and it was creamy, slightly sweet (in a savory way) with the intermittent crunch of almonds, and simply wonderful! Butter Chicken excellent, the Garlic Naan scrumptious, Basmati Rice the perfect foil for all the creamy, flavorful sauces. So delicious. Truly. I would have posted pictures but it disappeared right before my eyes!

Oexcellent food. The best naan we have ever had.

  • *****

Wasn't expecting great Indian food in downtown Visalia but that's exactly what I found. This place is a keeper for lunch. The curries are fantastic with fresh naan and service was also very good.

  • *****

Great food and quick service.Made Saag Lamb for me even though it wasn't on the menu.

  • *****

First time having this kind of food, and the owner was so courteous and accommodating to my questions and dietary needs.

We really loved this restaurant. It's located in the historic part of town on Main Street. We went on a Friday night, the neighborhood had a great vibe and you can see that there are lots of nice eating places, boutiques, breweries.

So I ordered the Chicken Korma and asked them if they could make it extra hot which they did. It was awesome! My husband ordered a shrimp dish with seasoned basmati rice (can't remember the name). The shrimp were huge and fresh. The naan was exceptional. All of the seasonings used were authentic and you knew everything was freshly made.

They have a full bar inside as well, I ordered a General Sherman IPA. It was freshly poured, came out in a tall glass. Surprised at the size if it! The atmosphere was still family oriented though, we had our young child with us.

The waiting staff was helpful and accommodating. The owner came and checked on us too, he was super nice.

The bill was very reasonable as well. If you are passing through on your way to Sequoia or Yosemite and you love Indian food, you must stop here. Even if you haven't tried Indian food, let this be your first!

  • *****

Definetely one if my favorite spots to go! Cool laid back atmosphere with a respectable staff. Generous on drinks and the lamb chops!? Delicious, try them! Great spot to go hang out in the weekend, they play music and a great crowd gathers for drinks, if you're downtown make sure to give them a try!

The place was empty as I arrived, a half hour after they opened on a Tuesday evening.
It was an inauspicious beginning, as they were out of my first choice of beer (Newcastle), and the CO2 was acting up on my second (Sierra Nevada), so I had to settle for a Modelo.
I asked the waitress to recommend between the lamb vindaloo, vs. the lamb curry, and she was emphatically in favor of the curry--but she explained that her opinion was influenced by her personal loathing for potatoes.
Nevertheless, I went with the curried lamb.
The lamb was tender, but the flavor was rather overpowered by the coriander leaf (a.k.a. cilantro) in the curry gravy. I would say that, if you are a big fan of that particular herb, you are quite likely to thoroughly enjoy this dish. Conversely, the opposite is true if you are a cilantro-detester. As one of those unusual ones who neither loves nor hates it, I merely found it somewhat excessive. Still, I did enjoy this moderately spicy dish overall, and end up wiping the bowl clean with the accompanying naan--itself quite nice work with soft tender texture interspersed with crunchy bits where the thinner spots bubbled and charred against the wall of the tandoor.
For dessert, I had the Gulab Jamun (like donuts balls in a cardamom syrup) they were nicely sweet without being cloying, and syrup-soaked without being soggy.
Overall a pleasant meal and a place I will likely return to.

    Food and service were great!

Great authentic Pakistani/Indian food! Better than a number of Indian restaurants in the SF bay area.

  • *****

Very awesome place, good service, good drinks and amazing food. Especially the butter chicken and the nan bread. Definitely a place to try.

  • *****

The mixture of herbs and spices are amazing. The tenderness and flavor of the lamb made me wonder why people eat beef. Sorry beef eaters. We want to try the whole menu.

  • *****

We went to visit my sister in Visalia. She and her husband took us to Tandoori House. If I can give ten stars, I would but I am limited to five stars so I am giving them five stars . We had almost everything on the menu. Food was excellent, chicken tikka, lamb curry, biryani, naan were excellent so was mango lassi. We were so full we had to take a long walk. By the way I live in Cerritos which has lots of Indian/ Pakistani restaurants but Tandoori House in Visalia is the best.

  • *****

On our way up North we stayed in Visalia and decided to eat at this place. We found it walking around the area and boy was it a great choice.
It was St. Patty's day so the restaurant was not crowded, most of the other bars serving corned beef etc were packed, but this place looked interesting.
We ordered to plates, the chicken Korma and the chicken Karahi. I must say these dishes were delicious. The Korma was thick and very tasty, the best I've had and the Karahi was something I have never had before so I thought I would try it. Glad I did. Similar to masala but with green peppers, onions and some other seasoning and spices. It was a little spicy but I love it that way. The chicken was on bone but you got very little chicken meat. That was my only complaint.
The meal came with naan bread, we had the garlic naan and that was very good too.
For the amount of meat, it was a little pricey. But the flavors were the best we have had.
Must try if you are in the area but then again, there are a WHOLE lot of restaurants in the area and some of them might be even better. You know, 5 stars 1-2 $.

  • *****

Really good food, environment and staff. If you haven't tried indian cuisine before and are feeling adventurous, visit and allow the owner to charm you with his knowledge of the culture and his food. All around a good place to enjoy yourself.

After so many years, Visalia - CA finally has an authentic Indian cuisine for food enthusiasts. With limited options avail in Fresno/Visalia area for delicious Indian cuisines, Tandoori House is one to offer wow and yumm factors to your palates. The masala (spice) components of the food items they serve off their menu is balanced. Newbies and first timers for Indian food may need to ask for milder spice levels. For experienced foodies - the aroma, flavor, texture and presentation of the food items was at the level that is hard to beat. We ordered - Chicken Tikka Masala (CTM, because we want to be on safe side as this was our first time eating at Tandoori house), Goat Karahi, Tandoori chicken and Chicken Biryani along with plain naan and rice (included in the order). The naan bread was fresh and very delicious. Biryani was soooo good and comparable to upscale Indian restaurants in Bay area. Tandoori chicken was not bad either but lacked the juiciness to certain extent. The spice blend in the Goat Karahi was on the dot. My recommendation would be that one who knows what Indian Food tastes like - your expectations will be (pre)served. For new enthusiasts - you will love the taste and jittery in your palates. Ask for milder version, if needed! Definitely we are going back and spread words!

    Love it

Very friendly. Great bar. Music; a lil bit for everyone. The Mexican Candy Shot, on point. Can't wait to make it out there again.

  • *****

The buffet and Naan bread is amazing : ) There are so many items to choose from the menu that I have to come back. The flavor is out of this world! Totally satisfied : )

  • *****

Strolled into this restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Quality, tasty Indian food that is reasonably priced. The portions are large. Some dishes can be quite spicy, so be sure to ask before ordering so that the cook prepares your dish to suit your tolerance to chili peppers. Outstanding service and very hands-on, personable owner (Nash). The vegetable samosas are excellent -- the best I have ever had (and I have eaten fine Indian food in the Bay Area). Has a nice bar area with flat screen tvs. This was a great alternative to the chain restaurants and fast food joints that are so common in Visalia. I will definitely be a regular customer at Tandoori House

  • *****

I would give it a five, if we didn't have such a ignorant waitress. How do you not know the menu, is beyond me.

The food was very good. Our appetizer and main dishes were very very good! Will be bIack!

  • *****

Great food and service! Love the Chai and the Naan was so yummy :) Definitely plan on going back!

  • *****

This place is as close as it gets to authentic food. We had the Mix grill and was absolutely amazing. The Naans are very light and melt in your mouth, if you like spicy then go for the Turbo Naan. Had a great experience. The owner is a great guy and will help you choose the right dishes as per to your taste. Very honest guy. And at its best the have a full bar to wash down the spices. Will definitely recommended!

  • *****

The owner served us, he was super nice and friendly, food was good also. We are visiting Visalia today, but definitely we will be back to this restaurant when we come back to Visalia.

  • *****

One of the best indo Pakistani food I have ever had
And that is saying something as I have eaten in bay area and in LA area. Awesome service.

  • *****

This was our second time going here! This time we brought friends.

THE OWNER is so accommodating, makes great recommendations and is just so nice!

The FOOD is amazing. Subtle when it needs to be, but always exploding with flavor. It's worth it to eat family style. Portions are generous.

THE PLACE is a little confusing, it doesn't know or if it's a bar or a restaurant and the booths are a little too tight but I hear they are remodeling soon.

Best Indian food in the Central Valley!

  • *****

If you like Indian food, you won't be disappointed. We had the taka missalla w/ rice and garlic nan. Really good... glad they are in Visalia.

  • *****

What a great find. We stop in Visalia on our way to the sequoias very often and finally found this wonderful restaurant with delicious food. This is the best naan we have ever had - and we live in Los Angeles! Lamb korma was enough for three and just the two of us could not finish it. Great samosas with beef - flavorful and crispy. Rice is perfect. Wine is drinkable. The owner and waiters go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and special. We highly recommend the place. Delightful and charmingly quaint.

  • *****

Food was Excellent, the service was Great!Best Indian Food we have had. The Chicken Tikka Masala was the very best!

Service was amazing, food was even better! Everything was so tasty and delicious! Best Indian food I've ever had.

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! This was my first time ever trying Indian /Pakistani food. Oh man why did I wait so long.

We walked in and immediately noticed a very nice clean bar. We were greeted by an extremely nice gentleman who took care of us the entire time. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

First we had these onion rings sort of appetizer- I apologize I wish I knew the name but they were very yummy.

Then we ordered the chicken curry and the lamb chops. Everything was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better meal. I'm kind of a sissy on spicy food so they made it perfect for us. It was enough heat to feel it but not so much I couldn't eat it. The lamb chops were so tasty. Nice and tender and not at all gamey.

I can't wait to go back!

  • *****

We are lovers of Indian Food and this place does not disappoint! They have just opened so trying to figure out the menu. Our server Renee was awesome. She wasn't familiar with every dish but worked hard to find out. Everything she recommended was spot on! Chicken Handi (we got it Spicy and it sure was) Chicken Kebab was tender and juicy not dry at all. It also has a full bar so a glass of Chardonnay made it a perfect lunch

  • *****

Very delicious food. It's a little too dark for lunch.
Better than the place that was here before. Ocean Basket was not very good.

  • *****

Still working the kinks but good curry and naan. Friendly, helpful staff. More vegetarian items available than listed listed on the menu.

  • *****

I was visiting Visalia on business and discovered this gem. The owner personally served me a custom meal for vegetarians. The service was terrific and ingredients used to prepare the meal were very fresh.

Treat yourself to a wonderful meal next time you are visiting downtown or if you're a local.

  • *****

We came in from Los Angeles for business. My food was amazingly fresh and delicious.
Also, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

  • *****

This is THE best Indian food in town! We had the chicken handi and the Behari beef and they were awesome. The garlic naan is the best I've ever tasted! Five stars! Located right by the theatre and downtown.

  • *****

Me and my party of 15 came so late when they were closing and the owner was kind enough to let us in and serve us on Xmas night. The food was amazing and they ask for the level of spiciness that you prefer. I had the lamb curry and it was amazing. Highly recommended! Stop by if you can!

  • *****

Best Indian restaurant around town! Their food is amazing as well as their service. Do yourself a favor and try out this new restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

  • *****

Was passing through central valley and found this restaurant .
Very delicious food with amazing service.
    The owner was very friendly.
I'll definitely return to this restaurant.

  • *****

Went here on a Monday night. The food was pretty good. My only complaint is that there were only 3 main dishes on the menu for vegetarians. Regardless, the food came out quickly and we left satisfied. My husband and I loved the vegetarian samosas. I had the lentil curry, and it was ok but I don't think I'd order it again. Would love to see an aloo saag or a spicy vegetarian curry on the menu! My husband had the chicken handi, and he really enjoyed it. Their naan was excellent. We'd like to try their buffet sometime, with hopes that there are more vegetarian options available than there are on the menu.

  • *****

Owner and manager are wonderful people. The restaurant was just opened about a few months now so it's still going through renovations. The place is nice, 1.5 story, but from what I heard it's going to be even better especially for nightlife. Looking forward to what they have in store for them. They serve alcohol and I believe they have a full bar open. Food is just excellent. They serve a mix of Indian and Pakistani food. My cousins and I had family style and we ordered a mixed bbq (sooo tender and juicy), samosas (their green like salsa is amazing), Pakistani curry, and another dish I forget the name, but it was some dish with spinach with cheese. I haven't tried many Indian restaurants in Visalia yet, but this place is a must visit. To summarize it all, they provide excellent customer service and serve amazing fresh food in a great location. :D

  • *****

Excellent service and delicious Indian and Pakistani cuisine at a reasonable price. Out party of 4 loved the variety of dishes we sampled. Lentil curry, chicken tikka masala. Mmmm

  • *****

Eaten here two times and both times the food was excellent! They are thinking about opening up an 80s night club inside????? Please don't. Your food is so great not to be confused with a bar or a bar experience. The Nan was fresh and came in a variety of flavors that were all excellent. You cannot go wrong here, I have had 4 of their dishes and each time I was amazed. Their new menu has been rolled out for about a week now and I must go back and try it out! This is a great place to have genuine Indian cuisine and is comparable to many South Bay (San Jose, Santa Clara, etc) dining establishments. All this in the valley??? YES! Thanks for being here! Again, please ditch the whole bar concept!

This is the second time that we have eaten here. The first time was on Christmas Day. This place is relatively new and still working on the menu. The food is really flavorful. Last night we started off with the Vegetable Samosas and then Chicken Tikka Masala (spicy), Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, and Beef Karahi (sp?) (spicy). The owner is very accommodating and will do his best to prepare Indian dishes not on the menu. The food was very good, there were 6 of us so he made some menu suggestions and then served it family style. They also have a full bar available.

My first time there was a great experience! I had never had Indian food, and it was not what I expected. Everyone thinks Indian is just spicy and it wasn't even that. We had the Veggie Samosas for an appetizer. There were 3 of them and they were huge. I shared with my spouse. The sauce it came with was kind of spicy but it was delish!I actually love spicy so it was yummy. I had the Butter Chicken Curry with a half side of rice. The rice was sweet and perfectly made. My chicken was tender and the sauce was nice and sweet yet had spice. With a very creamy texture. Almost as it was like tomatoe soup with a cream inside. The Naan that came with my spouses order, was the garlic and had cilentro on top. It was ammmmazing. Can't wait to eat there again! For an appetizer, two entrees and two drinks were only $30. That's a good deal in my words. Looking forward to Monday Buffets were we can try everything!
